Romu has a wealth of experience in hatted restaurants in Australia (Movida, Bistro Gitan) and Michelin Star restaurants in Paris (La Truffière) and Touraine (Château La Roche Le Roy).  With his team, Romu will create a dining experience personalised for any occasion whilst The Local Drop will match each course with a wine to suit.  A member of the team from The Local Drop will look after the wine service, and will be on hand to answer any wine questions.

Through either a three course meal, or a degustation matched with wines chosen by us – this is the solution to any future dinner party anxiety.

The Local Drop will match the wines after speaking with you about what you love to drink… bubbles on arrival are a must though.
