2018 Nikkal Rosé

Made from 100% Yarra Valley pinot noir, the fruit is whole bunch pressed and filled to French oak barrels for primary fermentation and malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in seasoned French oak barrels for six months to contribute texture.
The colour is dusty salmon pink, with aromas of cherries, musk and berries. Lees contact and malolactic fermentation influence the palate, filled with long generous flavours and a chalky structure, leading to a dry savoury finish.
