The Light Reds Collection
Do you sometimes just want to reach into the wine cellar (or shelf) and grab an easy drinking red and contemplate the week – or day – that was? Then this collection is for you.
2016 Luna Estate Pinot Noir
A smooth palate of red cherry, vanilla and a peppery firm tannin length. Gorgeous nose is of red cherry, violet and autumn maple leaves.
2017 Appellation Ballarat Pinot Noir
Appellation Ballarat is perfectly blended with fruit that is sourced from four of the finest vineyards in the Ballarat region. Delicious dark cherries, very fine-grained textured tannins, slightly earthy and tart with a long lingering spice finish.
2017 Saep ‘Moni’ Pinot Noir
Balanced, structured, yet light. Hand picked, zero chemicals. Delicious.
2014 Nillumbik Estate ‘Matteo’ Nebbiolo
Beautiful upfront fruit characters of cherries and raspberries whilst the prolonged 2 year barrel aging has helped reveal violets, tar and wild herbs.
2017 Fletcher ‘The Minion’ Nebbiolo
An approachable, delicate Nebbiolo. Fine boned tannins provide rich supple textures driven by loads of rich primary fruit – soft red currants and raspberries.
2018 Gembrook Hill ‘Village’ Pinot Noir
Winemakers Ian and June Marks have forged a reputation for intense and varietally pure wines. Bright light crimson in colour, the bouquet is complex and exotic, with plum and spice aromas. Long and intense, it has a mix of red fruits and a strong, forestry background.
