2015 Trapeze Blanc Sauvignon Blanc Pinot Gris Semillon Yarra Valley Vic

James and Brian’s project is to work together to produce wines of interest and texture that ultimately are about sheer drinkability. This Blanc ticks all the boxes.

2017 Crudo Chardonnay Yarra Valley Vic
Luke Lambert Crudo Chardonnay is hand picked, wildly perfumed with moderate alcohol and limited oak influence. In short Luke makes wine without the influence of the industrial revolution.

2014 Chat. Pey-Bonhomme Les-Tours Merlot Cabernet Malbec Cotes-de-Blaye Bordeaux France

2013 Zenato Rosso Veronese Alanera Corvina Rondinella Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon Veneto Italy
Zenato “Alanera” bends the rules a bit of a traditional Amarone. The grapes are the same used in Amarone — Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone — but with the addition of a little Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon to add roundness and structure. Secondly, the grapes are only partially dried for 45-60 days, making the wine more accessible at a young age, then ages in oak for 12 months to give it an added touch of tannin, whilst still juicy and voluptuous.
