The Local Drop subscription has been a bit of a revelation for my wine tasting and my cellar – each month based on my feedback and tastes, I get a curated box of wine which is always interesting and a bit of a discovery. The last one I received was a perfect mix of wines that I know I will love and ones that I can’t wait to try. I’ve also been interested in the mix of local and international wines that I have received… with wine it’s always a bit of “you don’t know what you don’t know” so getting some really interesting Spanish or Italian varietals is great to not only try but also to broaden my cellar. It’s quite often that I will be re-ordering a couple of cases each month of the wines that need to go straight to my cellar. For the record here’s a list of my last box of magic!
