2025 Pooley Riesling is a cool-climate, consistently sourced from our Coal River Valley vineyards (Butcher’s Hill and Cooinda Vale). Our winemaking is geared toward preserving the intense natural acidity and aromatic purity of the fruit. The wine is made entirely in stainless steel and undergoes brief maturation on fine lees to add subtle texture while keeping it vibrant. This results in a bright, energetic, and highly cellarable Riesling that showcases classic citrus and floral notes and a long, clean finish
