The Airlie Bank Pinot Noir, from a family run winery in the heart of the Yarra Valley on a history rich property cluttered with a crew of passionate folks.
Red cherry, raspberry, and perfume spice. Fruit forward in the mouth with supple fine tannins. This Pinot sings of bright red fruits with hints of spice and earth. Smooth tannins create an enjoyable drinking experience. Made from multiple blocks and clones, it was fermented with wild yeasts and minimal use of French oak to preserve freshness.
