The Onannon Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir from three vineyards: Onannon’s original Red Hill site (23-year-old vines, MV6, 777) and a site in Shoreham.
The 2022 Onannon Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir comprises fruit from Tuerong (40%), Main Ridge (15%), Red Hill South (25%) and Merricks (20%). The ferments included 50% whole bunches and the fruit spent an average of 25 days on skins. The wine was matured in French oak barrels (10% new).
