The 2020 Luigi Baudana Dragon comes from one of the smallest wineries of Serralunga d’Alba. Made from Nascetta, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling Renano, Chardonnay. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinged rim and watery hue. Aromas of pear, spicy lime and green apple mix with fresh herbs and hints of slate. Delicious fresh pear, lime and green apple fruits are underpinned by bracing acidity with infusions of fresh herbs and wet stone chiming in on the dry crunchy finish. Excellent intensity with a long slatey mineral infused aftertaste.
