“The mouthfeel was dry and full-bodied, wth a rather high level of finely grained tannin. The concentration of ripe blue fruits were accompanied by a charming core of salinity and a medium level of balanced acidity. Flavours of blackberry, crunchy blueberry and eucalyptus transitioned to grilled bell peppers, earth and Pu’er black tea in a long, delineated finish.
